Q: Can you explain the meanings of the letters A, B, C, and D that are associated with your products?

A: The letters A, B, C and D are labels that we use to indicate the different vendors that we outsource our products from. Each vendor has their own unique shipping, return, and refund policies. We use these labels to ensure that we are providing you with the correct information about each product's policies. Here's a breakdown of what each letter means:

  • Products labeled with the letter "A" come from vendor "A" and eligible for worldwide free shipping & 14-day return window .
  • Products labeled with the letter "B" come from vendor "B" and eligible for free shipping to all countries & 7-day return window. However, B-labeled products can be shipped to certain countries only. See full list here.
  • Products labeled with the letter "C" come from vendor "C"  are eligible for free shipping for orders over a certain amount to certain countries only and have a 20-day return window See full list here.
  • Products labeled with the letter "D" come from vendor "D" are eligible for free shipping for orders over a certain amount to certain countries only and have a 10-day return window See full list here.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Q: Are all products on your website original ?

Negotiated Luxury guarantees 100% product originality and ensures that all products displayed on the website are identical to those of original makers, shipped in original packaging along with all additional accessories given by the maker in case there is any.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: While the majority of our products can be shipped worldwide, there are products that we deliver to certain regions only so please review our product shipping destination and policy here  before placing an order.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our warehouses are located in New York, Wyoming & Torino (Italy). Shipment takes 2 up to 8 working days depending on client's location, the day order placed, and the type of shipping chosen by the client. In depth information  about shipping can be seen on checkout page.

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: Do you offer a refund?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund or exchange on your order if there is something wrong like the product quality or condition.
