All our products are shipped door-to-door from our partner marketplace in Italy.

Negotiated Luxury "former Brands On Sale" outsources its original inventory from different trusted vendors.

This is our way of ensuring we’re up to date with the latest global trends and best prices in the market. However, each of our vendors has own shipping policy, delivery timeline, return and refund policy.

For a seamless shopping experience we strongly recommend to check shipping and return policy on each product page before placing an order.

Free Shipping Policy

Europe, Canada & USA: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100

Rest of the world: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $400

  • Delivery Time:

From Monday to Friday orders are shipped on the following day. Orders from Friday & Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

  • Delivery charges:

Duties and taxes for all products are not included as part of the product or shipping charges. The applicable duties & taxes are to be paid directly to the shipping agency at the time of your delivery.

Duty, as mandated by your country of shipment, will have to be borne by the customer. In case of non-payment of duties & taxes to receive the shipment,

Negotiated Luxury will not entertain a request for a Return or Refund. 

If you refuse a shipment from Negotiated Luxury or don't take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address, you are responsible for:

  1. The original shipping charges.
  2. Any import fees that are incurred on the package.
  3. The cost of returning the package to Negotiated Luxury.

These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

  • Tracking Orders:

As soon as your order is shipped, a link to track your order will be sent to your registered email with the tracking number which allows you to track your order in real time. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email after 1 day of placing an order, please reach out to us at wecare@negotiatedluxury.com

  • VAT & Taxes

For orders outside of the EU, we do not charge value added tax (VAT) during the checkout. Depending on the country of delivery, there might be additional custom fees for orders outside the EU. This is something that is regulated by each country's authorities & Negotiated Luxury has nothing to do with it..
